Family & youth
The need to support families and youth has never been greater. As the world changes rapidly, families are under pressure to keep up—and many are feeling the strain. Between the demands of long work hours, shifting school systems, and the constant noise of social media and societal expectations, it’s no wonder that home life often feels disconnected, stressful, and chaotic.
We’re seeing the effects: rising mental health struggles, increased rates of anxiety and depression, more youth entering the child welfare system or facing homelessness, and growing concerns about substance use and suicide. Many children and teens are overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, and lacking the life skills they need to confidently navigate today’s world.
At Poli & Ashley D., our work is rooted in helping young people develop self-awareness, inner strength, and emotional resilience—so they don’t just survive these times, but thrive. We empower children and youth to build strong identities, communicate clearly, manage emotions, and create a future they’re excited about.
We offer coaching, workshops, and mentorship for both individuals and families, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries, confidence-building, and connection. Through 1:1 sessions, group programs, and school/church partnerships, we work with each family’s unique needs to build harmony and support long-term growth.
Our Girls BFF Club is a fun, empowering space for girls ages 8–12 to build friendships, learn important life skills, and develop confidence in who they are.
We also host seasonal Kinder and Youth Summer Camps designed to engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate ways. These camps are playful and creative—but deeply rooted in our mission to help kids build emotional strength, social skills, and a deep sense of self from an early age.
