Some people come into your life and become so much more than you ever expected. 🤍 What started as two women with ideas, dreams, and a whole lot of passion has turned into a friendship, a partnership, and a journey I’m so grateful to be on. W 🎨 Different colours. One canvas. At BFF Club, we’ve been talking about what makes each of us different — our personalities, our strengths, the things we love, the things we’re still learning, and the way we see the world. Just li 💕 Some of the hardest lessons our daughters will learn won’t happen in a classroom. They’ll happen in friendships. The first time they’re left out. The first time someone they trusted hurts their feelings. The first time they feel Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 💗 Truly thankful for each and everyone of you. It’s more than just a fun night with friends. 💜 It’s the little moments that matter. The laughter. The teamwork. The encouragement. The feeling of being included. It’s watching girls who may have walked into the room feeling shy BELIEVE. 💕 Sometimes we need someone else to believe in us before we can believe in ourselves. That’s one of the things we love most about BFF Club — watching girls discover that they are capable, brave, kind, smart, and stronger than A little honest moment 🤍 I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately. The truth is, life has been full. Between work, school, family, coaching, building Poli & Ashley D., and just trying to keep up with everything in between, social m There’s something so special about sisterhood. ❤️ The way an older sister can be someone you look up to, learn from, laugh with, and sometimes… drive a little crazy. 😂 Someone who can say, “I’ve been there,” when you Today we remember 🧡 All our Indigenous relatives who have been affected by the legacy of the residential schools and who continue to still work toward healing. Today we wear orange as a symbol of our acknowledgment and commitment towards practici Flashback to when we conquered our fears of heights to help them! 💥 Because modelling is how they learn. Be seeing and then doing. By seeing us move through our fears, face them head on and overcome them. And then have fun! 🤩 This was an event This one is going to be fun 🤩 We have 3 spots left, who wants their daughter to joins us!!!! We’ll be going through all things teamwork and leaning into our unique skills! Come and join! Have you ever tried ALL DAY to get something out of a kid… Nothing. Then it’s 9:17pm. You’re exhausted. They should absolutely be sleeping. And suddenly: “So today at school…” 😂 And now we’re gettin Holding on to every ounce of summer ☀️ ✌🏼 But also excited for our upcoming fall events! Join us for our next BFF club meet up October 2! We will be going to a kid friendly escape room putting our teamwork to the challenge. 3 spots left! Registe Time is flying! And we love watching these girls grow. ❤️ We’ve had some girls leave, new ones join, and a few drop in when they can! And honestly, we love that our BFF Club can grow and change alongside them. Every girl brings her own person One of our favourite BFF Club moments happened when we simply opened the floor and said… “What do YOU want to talk about?” And the questions started coming. We went deeper with the girls. We talked about what really happens in f Some days you’re patient. Some days you’re counting down to bedtime by 4:37. Some days you feel like you handled everything so well. And some days you replay the whole day wondering if you said too much, yelled too quickly, or missed w Good times were had in the making of these pictures… even if we were scared of heights / clowns 😂 💗 The one night per month that we guarantee just for us 💕 #poliandashleyd School is back… and so are the after-school meltdowns. The tears over the wrong snack. The attitude in the car. The sibling fight that comes out of nowhere. The “I’M FINE!” when they are very clearly not fine. Sometimes, k Happy Labour Day! 🇨🇦💜 Wishing you a day to slow down, enjoy some time with the people you love, and soak up these last little moments of summer. ☀️ From our family to yours, have a safe and happy long weekend! Sometimes the behaviour we see is only the surface. The attitude. The tears. The yelling. The shutting down. The “I don’t care.” The meltdown over something that seems so small.
